Support STANDARD
by e-mail, professional, free technical and service support as part of your license. It is provided by our experts on business days from 8:00 to 16:00. You will receive instructions up to 48 hours from the time of notification. The notification shall be processed according to the notification order.
Support PREMIUM
This is comfortable assistance in solving problems. Our specialist contacts you by phone and gives assistance by remote access directly on your computer. Individual consultations.
